Loch Katrine

Barbour Structures are proud to have been involved in the massive project to ensure a safe and sustainable drinking water supply to the population of Glasgow. The project, stretching from Loch Katrine in the Trossachs, to Mugdock in the North of the city of Glasgow, is one of the largest ever undertaken to supply domestic water.

The project covered a massive site, resulting in a state of the art water filtration system that will sustain and supply Glaswegians with safe water for the foreseeable future.

Barbour Structures are justifiably proud of their major part in that project.
